Since our founding, Alpha Phi has endeavored to provide an environment where Alpha Phis can help one another grow as women, scholars and professionals. The skills you learn and practice during your collegiate years in Alpha Phi actually are life skills. These skills shape the person you are and the leader you become.

However, Alpha Phi is not only a collegiate experience.
Active involvement with Alpha Phi continues past the collegiate years and extends throughout a lifetime.

Understanding that Alpha Phi may have differing levels of immediate importance to her members depending on their stage in life, Alpha Phi has adopted a continuous circle of sisterhood. This circle allows our members to be more or less involved with Alpha Phi as their lifestyle permits.
