I'm a born skeptic... and left the session with a positive new perspective on things.

As a trader, news comes at you so fast throughout the day that your attention span gets very short and your stress level very high - the roller coaster ride of emotions can be exhausting.  Makes it tough to relax outside of the office to say the least... and personal relationships get tested - let's just say that your friends and loved ones can begin to wonder what the hell your problem is. LOL.  And everyone knows that your chances of professional success go down significantly if you're struggling for happiness in other areas of life.
